Writing Organizations

Angeli organizes the Chicago Deep Dish readings for the Speculative Literature Foundation, bringing local writers and readers together at locations around the city.

She is on the committee with the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association to develop the criteria for the new Nebula Award for Playwrighting.

Angeli has an MS in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. She still dabbles in journalism when the opportunity arises.
